摘要: 用C++语言编写了仅考虑样品体内信息的理想正电子湮灭寿命谱的解析程序DPSⅠ.程序采用带有记忆功能,并带有局部搜索的改进型模拟退火算法.对一般情况的理想寿命谱,DPSⅠ均可给出全局最优解;对于含有相对强度较小或重叠较为严重的多成份寿命谱,也可给出可接受的近似全局最优解.DPSⅠ的实现为开发实验测量寿命谱解析程序奠定了基础.

关键词: 模拟退火算法, 反演, 正电子湮灭寿命谱, C++语言

Abstract: A new analysis program, DPSⅠ, for simple positron annihilation lifetime spectrum which only reflects to the properties of the interior of the specimen is designed in C++ language. Based on Metropolis rule, the algorithm of DPS I is a kind of advanced simulated annealing algorithm with remembrance function and part-scope search. Generally, DPSⅠ may exactly give integral optimal results after inversion.And also, approximate integral optimal results can be acquired if the comparative intensity is small or the overlapped range is serious. DPSⅠ has laid the foundation for designing analysis program of positron annihilation lifetime spectrum from experiments.
