摘要: 应用由激子动力学方法导出的单吸附组态扫描隧道显微镜系统隧道电流与各纯相干记忆函数之间的解析公式,具体计算模拟了An(110)2×1、3×1再构表面的STM图谱.

Abstract: Appling the new programme on treating STM images with the method of exciton dynamics, we simulated the STM spectra of An (110)2×1, 3×1 reconstructed surfaces under the condition of single adsorbated group state, and the results are in excellent agreement with the experiments.
