摘要: 将累积量展开方法用于EXAFS数据分析,比通常所用的标样比较法求原子间距和配位数更为合理,而且精度高。本文给出了用累积量展开方法求结构参数的一般表达式,对GeO2玻璃的EXAFS数据实际进行了分析,并与一般方法的分析结果进行了比较。

Abstract: It is more reasonable and accurate to use cumulant Expansion in EXAFS data analysis In this paper, the formula of cumulant expansion. for structural parameter determination is given, and the result of EXAFS data analysis on GeO2 glass is reported and compared with that obtained by conventional method.
