广延X射线吸收精细结构的一种数据分析方法

摘要: 本文较详细地讨论了广延X射线吸收精细结构(Extended X-ray Absorption Fine Structu-re,简称EXAFS)的数据分析的整个过程。包括背景扣除、富里叶滤波、能量阈值的选取、以及结构参数的确定等问题。引入曲线拟合方法,可使分析结果的精度得到提高。利用所述方法我们分别对Cu、CuNi和CuNiMn等作了计算和分析,获得了较为满意的结果。

Abstract: In the present paper the data analysis for EXAFS (extended x-ray absorption fine structure),starting from the treatment of the raw data to the extraction of the structural information has been described. The background subtraction, Fourier filtering, and the choice of the threshold energy were discussed. Furthermore, the curve-fitting method was given for the improvement of accuracy, Using the method various samples (Cu, CuNi and CuNiMn) were studied,and the results obtained were quite satisfactory.
