NUMERICAL ITERATION OF PLASMA AND PARTICLE FLOW IN ARF PLASMA GENERATOR

Abstract: The injection of alumina powders into an inductively argon plasma is simulated numerically.Attention is given to the plasma particle interaction and its effects on plasma fields and particle trajectory and thermal history.It is demonstrated that for most applications,such interactions must be considered in any model.
