NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF HEAT CYLINDER IN CROSS-FLOW

Abstract: Employing the Boundary-Fitted Orthogonal Curvilinear Coodinate Systems, this paper tries to make the numerical simulations of a cold or heat cylinder in cross-flow at various Re numbers with the fundamental equations of hydromechanics and heat transfer. The comparisions of results of numerical solution with the experimental values are quite good.
