THE THEORY AND METHOD OF RECTANGULAR FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS FOR ELECTRON OPTICAL LENS

Abstract: In this Paper the variational principle of electron optical lens was proved by a mathematical method, and an analytic method of rectangular finite element was expounded. The element stiffness matrix was given, and the banded matrix of coefficients in the system of finite element equations begotten. Finally, the convergence of the rectangular finite element solution by using functional analysis implements was discussed.
