The energy spectra of coupled circuit are given, quantum fluctuations of charge and current under the squeezed vacuum state and influences of source on the fluctuation in a mesoscopic circuit are investigated by quantizing an active non-dissipation mesoscopic coupled circuit and diagonalizing its Hamiltonian.
