WU Ming, ZHOU Ruirui, LI Benwen
CHINESE JOURNAL OF COMPUTATIONAL PHYSICS    2020, 37 (3): 320-326.   DOI: 10.19596/j.cnki.1001-246x.8028
Abstract330)   HTML0)    PDF (699KB)(1284)
We develop a collocation spectral method (CSM) to address radiative transfer in a semitransparent anisotropic scattering cylindrical medium with graded index and space-dependent albedo. Accuracy and validity of the method is verified with exact solutions available in literature and other methods. CSM is found effective in obtaining radiative flux in graded index medium. And few nodes are enough to obtain accurate results.

Main-variable Correction of Energy Balance Equations in Zone Method
HU Zhangmao, LI Benwen, CHEN Haigeng
CHINESE JOURNAL OF COMPUTATIONAL PHYSICS    2009, 26 (3): 431-436.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-246X.2009.03.014
Abstract337)      PDF (306KB)(1419)
With analysis on physical characteristics of heat transfer in zone method,mathematical-physical characteristics are considered for main-variable correction in zone method.Detailed principle and solution procedure of main-variable correction method is introduced. It is compared with other methods with a typical example. It shows that the main-variable correction method is more reliable and applicable.

Li Benwen, Wei Xiaolin
CHINESE JOURNAL OF COMPUTATIONAL PHYSICS    1998, 15 (6): 735-741.
Abstract265)      PDF (283KB)(991)
A new angular quadrature set, SRAPN,the successive spherical rings anithmetic progression dividing method is presented for discrete ordinates method.Numerical test for double moments and evaluation against the more precise zonal solution are given and analysed.
