Take a modulo of large primitive number, then choose different primitive roots as multiplicators of the modulo, get a generator of sequence sets of good PRN, it is called LiG, This paper presents an estimate of optimal multiplicate with the modulo 231-1 by whole sample deviation formula of PRN in the case of mentioned above.
