The calculation of Jacobian matrixes constitutes the great mass of the calculation in image reconstruction of electrical impedance tomography. A fast algorithm of the matrix is investigated based on perturbation technique. It can reduce the calculation on a large scale. An example given here shows the effectiveness of the algorithrn.
