CHINESE JOURNAL OF COMPUTATIONAL PHYSICS    2019, 36 (2): 203-210.   DOI: 10.19596/j.cnki.1001-246x.7816
Abstract288)   HTML0)    PDF (11620KB)(1230)
We study heat transport in magnetic island in Tokamak. As electron cyclotron resonance heating (ECRH) has good locality it is used to simulate ECRH plasmas for local Gaussian heat source in magnetic island. In the case of simultaneous existence of background heat source and local Gaussian heat source, variation of radial electron temperature distribution and heat transport in local Gaussian heat source are studied. Analysis is made on influence of local Gaussian heat source on temperature perturbation and magnetic island constraint energy.

CHINESE JOURNAL OF COMPUTATIONAL PHYSICS    2013, 30 (6): 902-908.
Abstract263)      PDF (2334KB)(1082)
Effect of equilibrium current profile on resistive wall mode stability are numerically studied. The most unstable mode with different equilibrium current profiles under fixed safety factor at plasma surface has same poloidal number and toroidal number. At same wall location, linear growth rate of (3,1) mode of non-uniform current profile is greater than that of uniform current profile. Effect of plasma flow on resistive wall mode stability is different with different current profiles. After linear evolution, RWM saturates at nonlinear phase. Saturation can be attributed to flux piling up on resistive wall. Saturation level of non-uniform current profile is lower than that of uniform current profile.

DUAN Wenxue, WU Bin
CHINESE JOURNAL OF COMPUTATIONAL PHYSICS    2011, 28 (3): 438-444.
Abstract256)      PDF (362KB)(1299)
A modified code is used to study lower hybrid wave power deposition and current drive in EAST.Lower hybrid wave power spectrum, plasma density and temperature profiles are studied in a fixed non-circular magnetic equilibrium configuration of EAST.It shows that the lower hybrid wave deposition and current drive profile can be controlled with proper lower hybrid wave power spectrum, plasma density and temperature distribution.Near-axis and off-axis current drives can be controlled through adjusting plasma temperature distribution.
