In this paper,using the reduced Fokker-Planck equation[1] with limited-flow diffusion and Morshak boundary condition[8] and conpled with fluid dynamical code,we studied Magnetic effect of Relativistic Electron-Beam interation with high Z plasma foil.which are in agreement with references[1],[2].
