In the calculation, significant Breit and QED corrections are considered and the results are in agreement with recent experimental data and other theoretical values. The results show that the spin-forbidden transition probabilities are in correspondence with those of E1 transitions and shouldn't be ignored in the laser plasma with high temperature created in ICF and MCF fusion.
