摘要: 将FDTD与PIC方法相结合,编制了二维、全电磁、相对论性的粒子模拟程序,对电子直接从阴极表面发射的虚阴极振荡器的物理过程进行了数值模拟。主要对电子从虚阴极返回二极管区并重新注入漂移区以及阴阳极间电压的影响进行了初步探讨。

Abstract: It develops a two-dimensional,fully electromagnetic,relativistic FDTD computer code combined with the PIC method.The physical process of the vircator that electrons are emitted from cathode is simulated.The effects of applied voltage and reflected electrons from the vircator to the diode region are studied preliminarily.
