摘要: 本文用均方根误差(RMS)和S1记分评价NOAA9/10气象卫星1987年12月探测数据对B-模式分析预报系统的影响(效果),得出:1.卫星数据和常规数据等权同化分析预报,陆地和海洋上的海平面气压(SLP)48小时预报的RMS减小(正影响)达到11.5%;在海洋上,500hPa高度48小时预报的RMS减小达到8%。2.一般而言,S1记分不如RMS对卫星数据敏感,有保守倾向。但S1记分和RMS都表示卫星数据对48小时预报比对24小时预报的影响更大。

Abstract: The impact of NOAA 9/10 satellite sounding data(at December 1987) has been assessed by both changes in S1 skill score and root mean square(RMS) errors for 24 and 48 hour forecasts of sea level pressure(SLP) and 500hpa height. A positive impact on RMS errors of up to 11.5% was observed over land for SLP and 8% over ocean for 500 hpa height for forecast period of 48 hour. The verification statistics(for both S1 skill score and RMS error) shows that there is more impact for forecast period of 48 hours than for 24 hours.
