虚共焦非稳腔腔镜倾斜对激光传输的影响

EFFECTS OF THE TILT OF MIRRORS FOR THE VIRTUAL CONFOCAL UNSTABLE RESONATOR ON LASER TRANSMISSION

摘要: 首先用几何光学方法分析了虚共焦非稳腔腔镜倾斜引起的准直光线偏离光轴,形成偏斜光线的角度灵敏度和偏斜距离灵敏度同非稳腔放大率m和腔镜倾斜角β之间的关系,然后用C-6程序计算、分析了柱面条状虚共焦非稳腔单镜、双镜反向和同向倾斜三种情况下不同倾斜角对近场相位和远场强度的影响。数值结果表明,镜腔倾斜会使近场相位由均匀分布变成非均匀分布,从而导致远场光束质量变坏。

Abstract: In this paper, we first analyse by the geometric optics method the relation of angular sensitivity and deviation distance sensitivity with the magnification m and tilt angle β respectively. Then the changes of near-field phase and far-field intensity, which were led to by the tilt of a single mirror and two mirrors with different deviated direction respectively, are computed and analysed by C-6 code. The computational results indicate that the tilt of mirrors really lead to the near field phase changing from uniform to nonuniform distribution and the laser beam quality from high to low.
