摘要: 本文在Keating模型框架下,讨论了表面原子与衬底原子之间的二体及三体相互作用的对称性对Si(001)2×1非对称dimer形成的影响。在相互作用对称情况下,所得的dimer是对称的。二体相互作用的不对称对非对称dimer形成影响很小,而非对称dimer的形成主要来自于三体相互作用的不对称。

Abstract: In the framework of Keating model, the effects of the symmetric and asymmetric two-body and three-body interactions between surface and substrate atoms on the formation of asymmetric dimers of Si(001)2×1 surface are discussed.The symmetric interactions induce the symmetric dimers.The results show that formation of asymmetric dimers of Si(00l)2×1 surface is mainly affected by the asymmetric three-body interactions rather than the two-body interactions.
