摘要: 本文用数学方法证明电子光学透镜的变分原理并论述矩形有限元分析方法。给出单元刚度矩阵,产生有限元方程组带状系数矩阵。然后用泛函分析理论工具,讨论有限元近似解的收敛性。在规则边界条件下,本文所给出的方法,比E.Munro的分析方法能显著提高轴上场计算的精确度。

Abstract: In this Paper the variational principle of electron optical lens was proved by a mathematical method, and an analytic method of rectangular finite element was expounded. The element stiffness matrix was given, and the banded matrix of coefficients in the system of finite element equations begotten. Finally, the convergence of the rectangular finite element solution by using functional analysis implements was discussed.
