摘要： 本文用作者得到的"伪随机点的分布定理",发展了计算伪随数偏度的分区法,给出精细的带分区替代法。从而获得了简单且精度高的伪随机数二维均匀偏度的计算公式。

Abstract: This Paper by use of the distribution theorems of pseudorandom Points by the author and devolped Method of Separated Regions gives a precise Substitufion of Separated Regions of Bands (SSRB) and acquires more simple and precise deviation expression of two dimesions for pseudorandom numbers.
