THE CALCULATION OF RADIANT TOTAL EXCHANGE AREAS IN NONGRAY GAS

Abstract: The uniform deterministic discrete emission method and wide band model are combined to calculate the total radiant exchange areas for a two dimensional enclosure filled with nongray gas.The results show that the uniform discrete deterministic emission method can be used to a nongray medium.At the same samples the uniform discrete deterministic emission method is better than Monte Carlo method.
