NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF PLASMA COLLISIONAL SHEATH FOR CYLINDRICAL TARGET IN PSⅡ

Abstract: The evolution of the plasma collisional sheath in cylindrical geometry has been numerically simulated using a collisional fluid dynamic model.The numerical simulation method is easy to be performed,and the convergence velocity is rapid.A good agreement is obtained for collisional sheath evolution in cylindrical geometry between the fluid dynamic model and the analytic model.
