Abstract: The Generalized Difference Method (GDM) is studied to solve Biot partial differential equations. The GDM has some advantages on the computational simplicity, the accuracy, and preserving the mass conservation. The difference approximation to the Biot equations and corresponding boundary conditions are presented. A numerical example is given to check this method.
