A Reduced-Order Simulation Model for Parabolized Navier-Stokes Equations

Abstract: With proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) technique and singular value decomposition method we establish a reducedorder simulation model for parbolized Navier-Stokes equations.Stability and errors of solutions are discussed.Choice and update of POD basic are instructed by means of error estimates.Numerical experiments are presented to illustrate validity and feasibility of the model for parbolized Navier-Stokes equations.
