摘要: 本文运用变步长的四阶龙格-库塔方法研究了低气压下直流辉光放电等离子体总电流密度、气体压强等对二次电离系数的影响,得到了二次电离系数与总电流密度、气体压强以及阴极处的电场强度和气压的比值的变化规律。

Abstract: The influence of the glow discharge total current density J and the gas pressure P on the secondary electron emission coefficient γ is studied by using the Runge-Kutta method. The variations of γ wity J, P and E/P (E is the electric field at the cathode) are obtained.
