摘要: 介绍了一种无网格粒子模拟方法:三维快速多极展开方法(3DFMM),对其进行改进以提高精度.在低维粒子模拟中,采用具有低维运动的球粒子模型.模拟了尘埃粒子在背景等离子体中产生的势场,以及等离子体中电子相对于离子运动所引起的不稳定性,并得到合理的物理图象.

Abstract: The 3-D Fast Multipole Method, a kind of gridless particle simulation method, is described and improved to obtain higher accuracy. A spherical particle with reduced dimensional motion model is presented. As examples, the spatial distribution of the potential in dust plasma and the instability produced by electrons streaming through ions are simulated. The results of simulations are in agreement with the theory.
