THE STUDY OF THE SOLITON SOLUTIONS OF A CLASS OF GENERALIZED SCHRÖDINGER EQUATIONS

Abstract: Soliton solutions of a class of generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equations are discussed analytically and numerically.This is achieved by using the travelling wave method to formulate soliton solution and the finite difference method for numerical solutions of the equations.
