摘要: 研究蛋白质残基间相互作用对折叠过程中Levinthal矛盾的影响。结果表明此矛盾由两个原因所致:一是没有考虑转变几率与能量差的关系,二是没有计入残基间相互作用能的影响。

Abstract: The influence of interaction between residues on Levinthal's paradox in the course of protein folding is discussed.The results show that the paradox is caused by:(1) no considering the relationship between transition rate and energy difference;(2) no accounting for the influence of interaction energies between residues.
